Team

Buildacase is built by a small team of highly experienced and accomplished debaters.

Matt Aydin

Matt Aydin is a highly accomplished Canadian debater with half a decade of debate coaching experience. They are a Canadian national champion, HWS IV finalist, Yale IV quarterfinalist, and Princeton IV quarterfinalist. Their judging accomplishments include judging outrounds in two World championships (Korea and Belgrade), NAUDC, Doxbridge, Hart House IV, and the HWS Round Robin. They have also helped to coach three WSDC teams, been hired as a coach in two large debate academies, and continue to coach university-level debaters at request and through their free debate education platform Buildacase.ca. Aside from debating, Matt’s interests include developing the perfect grapefruit poundcake recipe, discovering the best two-player video games to play with their partner, and reading environment-focused non-fiction novels (recent favourite: “Regenesis” by George Monbiot).

Muzamil Godil

Muzzi likes cats. He finalled the Yale IV and won a few things.
